Where Can I Purchase Tickets?

Are Tickets Available for Purchase On-site?
Tickets will be available for purchase on-site, dependent on availability.
How Will I Receive My Tickets?
All tickets are digital. You will receive an email a few weeks prior to the tournament dates with a link to access your purchased tickets.
How do I Access My Tickets on my Mobile Device?

What is Your Youth Policy?
Children 15 and under receive complimentary admission with a ticketed adult. All youth must have their own hospitality ticket for access hospitality areas.
Will Military Members Receive Complimentary Tickets?
Active, retired, reserved and veteran military members will receive two complimentary grounds tickets per day. To claim tickets, please CLICK HERE!
Additional military general admission tickets can be purchased for 50% off. Using the link above. Must prove military service to receive discount.
Is There a Bag Policy?
No bags larger than 6”x6” (including carrying cases, backpacks, camera bags, or chair bags) are permitted through the gates. No clear, plastic, vinyl, or other carry items larger than 12”x6”x12” are permitted through the gates. For more information, please visit PGA TOUR Prohibited Items.
Where is Parking Located?
General parking will be located at McKinney ISD Stadium – 4201 S. Hardin Blvd., McKinney, TX 75070

Is there a Shuttle to the Main Entrance from Parking?
Yes. Shuttles will be provided from general parking to the Main Entrance. It is a quick, 10-minute ride.
Will Merch be Available for Purchase Onsite?
Yes. The tournament merc tent will be open throughout the week and located at the entrance near 18 tee.
Can I Purchase from the TPC Craig Ranch Pro Shop?
The course pro shop will not be open during tournament.
